Zagrebacka Banka's non-performing loans reached 11.4% of total loans at the end of 2017, down from 14.9% when compared to the previous year. Historically, the NPL ratio hit an all time high of 17.2% in 2014 and an all time low of 4.03% in 2007.

Provision coverage amounted to 11.2% at the end of 2017, down from 13.7% compared to a year earlier.

Comparing Zagrebacka Banka with its closest peers, DSK Bank operated at the end of 2017 with NPL ratio of 11.2% and provision coverage of 92.3%, Banca Commerciala Romana with 9.38% and 80.3% and OTP Group had 9.20% of bad loans covered with 99.3% by provisions at the end of 2017.

Sberbank reported total revenues of EUR 28,597 mil, up 20.8% compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank’s revenues containing of interest, fee and other non-interest income reached an all time high of EUR 28,597 mil in 2017 and an all time low of EUR 3,225 mil in 2003. The average revenue in the last five years amounted to EUR 23,556 mil.

Bank's total revenues accounted for 7.02% of total assets in 2017, up from 6.69% a year earlier.

Comparing Sberbank with its closest peers, Erste Group Bank generated total revenues of EUR 6,669 mil, or 3.02% of assets in 2017, PKO BP operated with EUR 2,804 mil total income, or 4.06% revenue margin and OTP Group produced total income worth EUR 2,782 mil, or 6.54% of assets.
