Air emissions from carbon dioxide from biomass used as a fuel reached 5,058 kt in 2014 in Bulgaria, according to Eurostat. This is 5.18% less than in the previous year.

Historically, air emissions from carbon dioxide from biomass used as a fuel in Bulgaria reached an all time high of 5,335 kt in 2013 and an all time low of 3,594 kt in 2009.
