Almond production reached 19,446 tonnes in 2018 in Uzbekistan, according to Faostat. This is 355 % more than in the previous year.
Historically, almond production in Uzbekistan reached an all time high of 27,000 tonnes in 2015 and an all time low of 4,271 tonnes in 2017. When compared to Uzbekistan's main peers, almond production in Kazakhstan amounted to 126 tonnes, 1,776 tonnes in Kyrgyzstan, 3,273 tonnes in Tajikistan and 1,084 tonnes in Turkmenistan in 2018.
