Based on a comparison of 132 countries in 2014, India ranked the highest in arms imports at constant USD prices from 1990 with USD 4,243 mil followed by Saudi Arabia and Turkey. On the other end of the scale was Sierra Leone with USD 1.00 mil, Kosovo with USD 1.00 mil and Jamaica with USD 1.00 mil.
