Artichoke Production in European Union

Artichoke production reached 694,059 tonnes in 2014 in the European Union, according to Faostat. This is 15.1% less than in the previous year.

Historically, artichoke production in the European Union reached an all time high of 1,193,368 tonnes in 1972 and an all time low of 543,587 tonnes in 1963.
