Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2016, Slovakia ranked the highest in At-risk-of poverty rate for children at less than 18 years by educational attainment level of their parents - Less than primary, primary and lower secondary education (levels 0-2) with 78.9% followed by Bulgaria and Czechia. On the other end of the scale was Iceland with 16.2%, Finland with 27.9% and Slovenia with 36.0%.
