Bank debit card penetration reached 15.7% in 2008 in Albania, according to the National Central Bank. This is 15.8% less than in the previous year.
Historically, bank debit card penetration in Albania reached an all time high of 18.7% in 2007 and an all time low of 10.6% in 2006.
