Historically, bank equity in Cyprus reached an all time high of 9.97 EUR bil in 2010 and an all time low of 4.57 EUR bil in 2013. When compared to Cyprus's main peers, bank equity in Greece amounted to 30.9 EUR bil, 109 ILS bil in Israel and 323 TRY bil in Turkey in 2017.
