Average bank liabilities reached ISK 3,639 bil in 2021 in Iceland, according to the National Central Bank. This is 11.1% more than in the previous year.
Historically, average bank liabilities in Iceland reached an all time high of ISK 6,297 bil in 2008 and an all time low of ISK 2,410 bil in 2011.
