Based on a comparison of 7 countries in March 2021, Albania ranked the highest in bank loans to non-residents as a share of bank loans with 8.70% followed by Kosovo and Ukraine. On the other end of the scale was Uzbekistan with 0.023%, Colombia with 0.263% and El Salvador with 1.07%.
