Bank tier 1 ratio reached 15.5 % in 2018 in Kosovo, according to the National Central Bank. This is 4.39 % less than in the previous year.
Historically, bank tier 1 ratio in Kosovo reached an all time high of 16.7 % in 2015 and an all time low of 12.8 % in 2013. When compared to Kosovo's main peers, bank tier 1 ratio in Albania amounted to 17.0 %, 15.0 % in Macedonia and 14.4 % in Montenegro in 2018.
