Price of cattle reached 1,463 LCR/t in 2016 in Lithuania, according to Eurostat. This is 20.1 % more than in the previous year.
Historically, price of cattle in Lithuania reached an all time high of 4,327 LCR/t in 2006 and an all time low of 1,165 LCR/t in 2014. When compared to Lithuania's main peers, price of cattle in Estonia amounted to 1,710 LCR/t and 1,011 LCR/t in Latvia in 2016.
Lithuania has been ranked 27th within the group of 28 countries we follow in terms of price of cattle, 16 places behind the position seen 10 years ago.
