Bismuth production reached 45.0 tonnes in 2015 in Russia, according to the National Statistical Office. This is the same as in the previous year.
Historically, bismuth production in Russia reached an all time high of 70.0 tonnes in 2008 and an all time low of 10.0 tonnes in 1996. When compared to Russia's main peers, bismuth production in China amounted to 1,500 tonnes and 568 tonnes in Japan in 2015.
