Butter and ghee production reached 76,912 tonnes in 2014 in Ukraine, according to Faostat. This is 1.54% less than in the previous year.
Historically, butter and ghee production in Ukraine reached an all time high of 311,793 tonnes in 1993 and an all time low of 74,740 tonnes in 2009.
