Coconut oil production reached 2,112 tonnes in 2014 in Ecuador, according to Faostat. This is 2.13% more than in the previous year.
Historically, coconut oil production in Ecuador reached an all time high of 9,249 tonnes in 1981 and an all time low of 1,350 tonnes in 2009.
