Based on a comparison of 31 countries in October 2016, Turkey ranked the highest in consumer price index - clothing and footwear (yoy) with 5.50% followed by Norway and Switzerland. On the other end of the scale was Iceland with -5.70%, Poland with -4.50% and Malta with -3.90%.
