Based on a comparison of 25 countries in February 2017, Sweden ranked the highest in Consumers - Savings over the next 12 months with 58.8 Balance followed by Finland and Luxembourg. On the other end of the scale was Bulgaria with -48.2 Balance, Hungary with -42.0 Balance and Croatia with -41.3 Balance.
