Based on a comparison of 33 countries in May 2021, Germany ranked the highest in consumption of electricity with 38,347 GWh followed by France and Turkey. On the other end of the scale was Malta with 186 GWh, Cyprus with 352 GWh and Luxembourg with 524 GWh.
