Cows' milk collection of acidified milk such as yoghurts reached 154 kt in April 2017 in Germany, according to Eurostat. This is 11.8% less than in the previous month.

Historically, cows' milk collection of acidified milk such as yoghurts in Germany reached an all time high of 279 kt in May 2007 and an all time low of 128 kt in December 2013.
