Fat content of raw cream delivered to dairies reached 19.9% in April 2017 in Serbia, according to Eurostat. This is 1.38% more than in the previous month.

Historically, fat content of raw cream delivered to dairies in Serbia reached an all time high of 20.0% in November 2015 and an all time low of 3.61% in October 2014.
