Historically, current account balance as a share of GDP in Angola reached an all time high of 1.18 % in 1980 and an all time low of -8.90 % in 1982. When compared to Angola's main peers, current account balance as a share of GDP in Botswana amounted to 7.68 %, -7.64 % in Namibia, -3.42 % in Zambia and -1.78 % in Dem. Republic of the Congo in 2019.
