Based on a comparison of 117 countries in 2013, Somalia ranked the highest in development assistance as a percentage of current account deficit with 740% followed by Zambia and Mali. On the other end of the scale was Afghanistan with -9,358%, Libya with -1,313% and Bangladesh with -151%.
