Duck meat production reached 463 tonnes in 2016 in Denmark, according to Faostat. This is 296 % more than in the previous year.
Historically, duck meat production in Denmark reached an all time high of 5,800 tonnes in 1989 and an all time low of 3.00 tonnes in 2007. When compared to Denmark's main peers, duck meat production in Germany amounted to 45,800 tonnes, 17,071 tonnes in Netherlands and 701 tonnes in Norway in 2016.
