Historically, duck meat production in European Union reached an all time high of 508,405 tonnes in 2011 and an all time low of 73,747 tonnes in 1962. When compared to European Union's main peers, duck meat production in China amounted to 2,801,600 tonnes and 59,398 tonnes in USA in 2014.
