Based on a comparison of 8 countries in 2013, Luxembourg ranked the highest in energy consumption by agriculture, forestry, fishing measured by kt of oil equivalent with 3,485 kt followed by Spain and Croatia. On the other end of the scale was Malta with 2.37 kt, Ireland with 73.6 kt and Lithuania with 105 kt.
