Eu asylum applicants by country of origin reached 2,015 persons in 2014 in Mongolia, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 73.0% more than in the previous year.
Historically, EU asylum applicants by country of origin in Mongolia reached an all time high of 2,030 persons in 2009 and an all time low of 1,155 persons in 2012.
