Final stocks of varietal wine reached 365 1,000 hl in 2016 in Germany, according to Eurostat. This is 15.5% less than in the previous year.
Historically, final stocks of varietal wine in Germany reached an all time high of 706 1,000 hl in 2010 and an all time low of 263 1,000 hl in 2013.
