Foreign debt as a share of gdp reached 12.8% in 2011 in Azerbaijan, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 6.27% less than in the previous year.
Historically, foreign debt as a share of GDP in Azerbaijan reached an all time high of 30.1% in 2000 and an all time low of 2.72% in 1993.
