Gold as a part of foreign exchange reserves reached USD 1.55 bil in 2013 in Bulgaria, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 27.5% less than in the previous year.
Historically, gold as a part of foreign exchange reserves in Bulgaria reached an all time high of USD 2.14 bil in 2012 and an all time low of USD 0.339 bil in 1992.
