Historically, garlic production in Chile reached an all time high of 25.5 kt in 1992 and an all time low of 6.30 kt in 1981. When compared to Chile's main peers, garlic production in Argentina amounted to 148 kt, 2.57 kt in Bolivia, 0.230 kt in Paraguay and 0.835 kt in Uruguay in 2018.
