Generation of non-hazardous waste reached 22,233 kt in 2014 in Czech Republic, according to Eurostat. This is 2.50 % more than in the previous year.
Historically, generation of non-hazardous waste in Czech Republic reached an all time high of 27,830 kt in 2004 and an all time low of 21,690 kt in 2012. When compared to Czech Republic's main peers, generation of non-hazardous waste in Austria amounted to 54,596 kt, 16,054 kt in Hungary, 177,338 kt in Poland and 8,525 kt in Slovakia in 2014.
