Historically, generation of non-hazardous waste in Germany reached an all time high of 365,692 kt in 2014 and an all time low of 342,081 kt in 2006. When compared to Germany's main peers, generation of non-hazardous waste in Austria amounted to 54,596 kt, 62,627 kt in Belgium, 317,517 kt in France and 177,338 kt in Poland in 2014.
