Ginger Production in Japan

Ginger production reached 50,996 tonnes in 2022 in Japan, according to Faostat. This is 5.15% more than in the previous year.

Historically, ginger production in Japan reached an all time high of 54,600 tonnes in 2012 and an all time low of 25,000 tonnes in 1990.
