Gross human consumption of pdo wine reached 1,234 1,000 hl in 2016 in Hungary, according to Eurostat. This is 14.4% more than in the previous year.

Historically, gross human consumption of PDO wine in Hungary reached an all time high of 1,950 1,000 hl in 2010 and an all time low of 835 1,000 hl in 2013.
