Gross savings as a share of GDP reached 20.8 % in 2019 in Poland, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 0.444 % more than in the previous year.
Historically, gross savings as a share of GDP in Poland reached an all time high of 31.0 % in 1980 and an all time low of 0.147 % in 2004. When compared to Poland's main peers, gross savings as a share of GDP in Czech Republic amounted to 25.7 %, 28.7 % in Germany, 27.8 % in Russia and 15.3 % in Ukraine in 2019.

Gross savings are calculated as gross national income less total consumption, plus net transfers.
