Peru's nominal growth of residential property prices in the local currency amounted to -8.39 % in 2017 according to the the National Statistical Office. This is 14.91 % less than in the previous year (6.52 %).

Historically, nominal growth of residential property prices in the local currency in Peru reached an all time high of 35.1 % in 2008 and an all time low of -10.5 % in 2003.
