Hard coal production reached 4,269 kt in 2015 in Zimbabwe, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 27.8% less than in the previous year.
Historically, hard coal production in Zimbabwe reached an all time high of 6,641 kt in 1991 and an all time low of 2,727 kt in 1981.
Zimbabwe has been ranked 22nd within the group of 55 countries we follow in terms of hard coal production.
