Based on a comparison of 31 countries in 2012, USA ranked the highest in Health Care Expenditure by Hospitals (EUR) with EUR 686,697 mil followed by Japan and Germany. On the other end of the scale was Iceland with EUR 339 mil, Estonia with EUR 466 mil and Cyprus with EUR 576 mil.
