Based on a comparison of 31 countries in 2012, Netherlands ranked the highest in Health Care Expenditure on Long-term Care - Services of Long-term Nursing Care (As % of GDP) with 2.95% followed by Norway and Denmark. On the other end of the scale was Bulgaria with 0.010%, Slovakia with 0.020% and Croatia with 0.050%.
