Historically, home ownership as a percentage of all dwellings in Poland reached an all time high of 83.8 % in 2013 and an all time low of 41.0 % in 1990. When compared to Poland's main peers, home ownership as a percentage of all dwellings in Czech Republic amounted to 78.0 % and 51.5 % in Germany in 2017.
