Horse meat production reached 212 tonnes in 2022 in Finland, according to Faostat. This is 12.8% more than in the previous year.
Historically, horse meat production in Finland reached an all time high of 5,600 tonnes in 1965 and an all time low of 60.0 tonnes in 2005.
