Interest payments on government debt reached JMD 129 bil in 2020 in Jamaica, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 1.86% less than in the previous year.
Historically, interest payments on government debt in Jamaica reached an all time high of JMD 189 bil in 2009 and an all time low of JMD 0.052 bil in 1975.
