Interest Payments on Government Debt (Local Currency) in Rwanda

Interest payments on government debt reached RWF 139 bil in 2020 in Rwanda, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 35.6% more than in the previous year.

Historically, interest payments on government debt in Rwanda reached an all time high of RWF 139 bil in 2020 and an all time low of RWF 0.064 bil in 1973.
