Number of international tourist arrivals reached 1.05 mil in 2017 in Luxembourg, according to Eurostat. This is 0.759 % less than in the previous year.
Historically, number of international tourist arrivals in Luxembourg reached an all time high of 1.09 mil in 2015 and an all time low of 0.724 mil in 1996. When compared to Luxembourg's main peers, number of international tourist arrivals in Belgium amounted to 8.39 mil, 86.9 mil in France, 37.5 mil in Germany and 17.9 mil in Netherlands in 2017.
Luxembourg has been ranked 111th within the group of 149 countries we follow in terms of number of international tourist arrivals, 16 places behind the position seen 10 years ago.
