Iron ore production reached 128 kt in 2015 in Azerbaijan, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 39.6% more than in the previous year.
Historically, iron ore production in Azerbaijan reached an all time high of 400 kt in 1992 and an all time low of 3.10 kt in 2003.
