Based on a comparison of 26 countries in 2Q2016, Latvia ranked the highest in Labour Cost Index (Wages and salaries, yoy) with 23.4% followed by Lithuania and Romania. On the other end of the scale was Ireland with -4.80%, Austria with -4.10% and Spain with -3.60%.
