Lard production reached 34,750 tonnes in 2014 in Hong Kong, according to Faostat. This is 3.20% less than in the previous year.
Historically, lard production in Hong Kong reached an all time high of 36,700 tonnes in 1989 and an all time low of 9,600 tonnes in 1961.
