Based on a comparison of 24 countries in 2015, Russia ranked the highest in Legally Induced Abortions by Mother's Age (Total) with 929,963 followed by Ukraine and Germany. On the other end of the scale was Montenegro with 980, Poland with 1,040 and Croatia with 3,002.
