Based on a comparison of 98 countries in 2021, Estonia ranked the highest in literacy rate among youth aged 15-24 years with 100.0% followed by Lithuania and Ukraine. On the other end of the scale was Chad with 31.8%, Central African Republic with 38.3% and Mali with 46.2%.
