Average living space per new dwelling completed reached 113 sqm in 2012 in Germany, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 0.512% more than in the previous year.
Historically, average living space per new dwelling completed in Germany reached an all time high of 117 sqm in 2006 and an all time low of 87.9 sqm in 1995.
